Karen Littlefield

Karen Littlefield brings a wealth of experience in early childhood education and a passion for helping young children develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning. She holds a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and has extensive training in child development and instructional practices. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to creating engaging learning environments that support children's academic, social, and emotional growth.

As Preschool Director and Student Life Coordinator, Karen believes that strong relationships, thoughtful guidance, and joyful learning experiences help children thrive. She is committed to fostering a warm and welcoming environment where students feel supported and families feel connected to the school community. Outside of school, Karen enjoys music and is both a flutist and vocalist. She also loves spending time with her family, especially camping, visiting the beach, and enjoying outdoor gatherings.
