Karen Littlefield

Bonjour to Karen Littlefield, our Preschool Director and Student Life Coordinator!

Karen brings over 30 years of experience in child development, along with a deep commitment to nurturing young learners through creativity, structure, and care. She holds a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Site Supervisor Permit, complemented by numerous certifications spanning child development, environmental design, and instructional practices.

Her extensive background and passion for education are reflected in her thoughtful leadership and her ability to create engaging, developmentally enriching environments for every child.

A native English speaker, Karen’s warmth and communication skills make her a trusted partner for both students and families.

Outside of work, Karen is a talented musician—she plays the flute and is also a vocalist. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially during outdoor adventures like camping, beach days, and backyard barbecues. Her combination of expertise, creativity, and heart makes her a wonderful addition to the iSchoolOC community.
