Roxanne Dominguez

Meet Roxanne, the Preschool Director and Student Life Coordinator. Roxanne’s journey in early childhood education spans over two decades, marked by passion, leadership, and a deep-rooted commitment to nurturing young learners.

Roxanne holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University in Irvine. Her academic foundation, paired with years of hands-on experience, makes her a trusted and inspiring presence within our school community.

Her career in education began early—as a high school student working in afterschool care at a Montessori school. From those first steps as a teacher’s aide to becoming a seasoned preschool teacher and director, Roxanne has led programs across a wide range of nonprofit and state-funded preschools throughout Southern California.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Roxanne brings a culturally responsive lens to her work, fostering inclusive spaces where every child feels seen, supported, and empowered.

Outside of school, Roxanne enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, staying active, and catching the latest movies—always bringing the same energy and curiosity she shares with our students each day.
