Natacha Poirel
4th Grade A French Teacher
Natacha Poirel is an experienced bilingual educator from the south of France near Marseille who brings a dynamic and creative approach to her role as 4th Grade French Teacher at the International School of Orange County. She holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and a teaching credential from the French Ministry of Education. Her international teaching experience in France, Germany, and Singapore has shaped her ability to support diverse learners in multilingual classroom environments.
Natacha is passionate about making learning engaging and meaningful through creative, student-centered approaches that encourage curiosity and confidence. She often integrates storytelling, performance, and creative expression into her teaching to help students connect deeply with language and learning. She values building a positive classroom community where students feel motivated and supported. Outside of school, Natacha enjoys hiking with her family, spending time at the beach, and playing the accordion.
