Crystal Lauture

Crystal Lauture serves as Interim Preschool Director at the International School of Orange County, bringing extensive experience in early childhood education, program leadership, and child development to her role. She holds extensive coursework in Early Childhood Education from North Orange Continuing Education and Fullerton College, with studies in child development, curriculum, family and community relationships, supervision and administration, and supporting children with diverse learning needs. Her professional background includes teaching and leading early childhood programs, developing curriculum, supporting educators, and creating engaging and nurturing environments for young children.

Crystal is passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive preschool environment where children feel supported, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential. She believes in building strong relationships with children, families, and educators while fostering curiosity, creativity, confidence, and a love of learning. Her background in performing arts and dance also brings a creative perspective to her approach to early childhood education. Crystal is fluent in English and has knowledge of Spanish and American Sign Language. Outside of school, she enjoys the performing arts, creative activities, and spending time with her family.
