Current employment: real estate broker, representing buyers, sellers, and investors in residential transactions, and an attorney specializing in corporate and transactional matters. Her legal practice areas include entity formations, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and leases, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and serving as outside corporate counsel to companies, start-ups, and LLCs. Dimetria represents clients in several industries including, but not limited to, financial services, healthcare, real estate, technology, and entertainment. Dimetria previously held positions as SVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for First American Trust, FSB, and as the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability for Golden State Foods.
Education: Graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Virginia School of Law
Affiliations: Dimetria is actively involved in several charitable and community endeavors. She currently serves on the International School of Orange County’s Board of Trustees, the Collaborative Courts Foundation Board of Directors, as an advisor to the Orange County Bar Association’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, as a member of Pretend City Children’s Museum’s Finance Committee, and as Co-Chair of the Samueli Academy Parent/Caregiver Advisory Committee. Dimetria enjoys mentoring students and volunteering with her family on behalf of non-profit organizations. Dimetria has served on the Boards of Project Youth OCBF, Public Law Center, InTouch Credit Union, Pretend City Children's Museum, and Coastline Community College Foundation. Dimetria is a past President of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) and the OCBA's Charitable Fund.

Bio: Dimetria enjoys traveling both domestically and internationally, theater, music, and dance. Dimetria and her loving husband, Ernest Priestly, are the parents of three amazing children.
